NEW MOON GONG MEDITATION

The new moon energy is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life. We set our intentions and release them on the waves of sound to manifest in our lives. New moon meditation assists us to stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing experience. The sound of the instruments “re-tunes” us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level. Be sure to drink plenty of pure water following the session. Jyo Maan will be offering a meal immediately following the Full Moon Gong Meditation Event. It will be served in the Community Room next to the room where we hold the gong meditation.

Khichdi - a warm light earthy meal served with prayer after ceremonies - helps in grounding and integration for healing and transition to alchemize the sound/energy healing received in the formation of a new body for a new way of being.
