The new moon energy is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life. We set our intentions and release them on the waves of sound to manifest in our lives. New moon meditation assists us to stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing experience. The sound of the instruments "re-tunes" us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level. Be sure to drink plenty of pure water following the session.
