This month's free Meditation Around Town will be held at Unity Center of Des Moines, 414 31st Street. Hosted by Dennis Kelly, this month's Meditation Leader is Deb Jennings of Sounds for the Soul by Deb Jennings. Experience multiple gongs, Himalayan, crystal and alchemy singing bowls, Native American flutes and percussion instruments during the meditation. And celebrate World Gong Day that day too! Members of Deb's team will be joining her in playing the instruments. Wear comfortable clothing. Chairs provided. A few mats are available. If you prefer to lie down, please bring a mat, pillow, blankets or what you need to be comfortable.
