She started foraging for mushrooms with her family in Illinois at a young age and has been studying wild edibles and herbalism for the last 10 years. Lindsey and her family have lived in Iowa for 8 years. Lindsey offers a range of classes through her business, Herb & Forage, including plant identification walks, herbal medicine making, DIY natural home and body products, cooking with wild edibles, plant based and gluten free cooking and baking and much more.
