How about starting your own ministry?
We collect donations for the homeless and others in need in our community room. Blankets, clothing, coats, socks, diapers and personal care supplies like: tampons, deodorant and soap are all greatly appreciated!
Here are some ideas for ministries:
- hosting a class that supports positive spirituality
- starting a book club
- a sewing ministry to repair clothing for people
- a blanket making ministry for the homeless population
- a singing ministry that visits care facilities and sings outside
- a prison ministry that visits prisons to bring friendship and support...
