Aura Breath - Winter Time Breathing

Breathe to unwind, release and recover with this circle of breathers this winter.

This in-person event will guide you through an active conscious connected breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and tune into an activated energetic force within your body. 

This particular breathwork approach uses gentle acupressure along chakra/meridian points, invocations, vibrational toning, movement and powerful sound therapy to safely open up the breath in formerly restricted areas of the body. Once stuck energy is unblocked and entrained at the physical and cellular level, the breath is integrated and serves as a gateway to deeper healing, expanded consciousness or ‘oversoul’ harmony.

What do I need to bring? 
•        A pillow, yoga mat, blanket/shawl, eye mask, water bottle, pen and paper
•        Avoid inflatable or bean based mats for this active breathwork session
•        Avoid a heavy meal 2 hours before the workshop (eat light)
•        Avoid the intake of alcohol and psychoactive substances for this session
