Dealing with Grief
So many people are feeling grief and are not sure how to cope with it. In this class we will explore what we are grieving, look at the grieving process, dive into these emotions, and learn how to grow as we deal with our grief. Whatever the source of your grief is, this class will help you understand the grieving process better and give you tools for coping. We often think of grief when we have lost someone close to us, but grief is our natural response to things ending or when things have changed in our lives significatly. By discovering what you are grieving and learning about the grieving process, you can begin to move through your grief with love for yourself and others.
