Heart Rhythm Meditation

In these three sessions we will build upon the 6 Powers
of Meditation, to learn Basic Heart Rhythm Meditation
and two Advanced Practices. Using guided meditation,
instructional CDs and personal reflection, we will each
strengthen our individual practices. Each class builds on
the next ~ attendance at all 3 is suggested.
