Facility Rental Fees

Weddings at Unity of Des Moines

Sanctuary Rental $300

Rental of our Sanctuary for your wedding includes use of the sanctuary for four hours the day of the wedding and for two hours for a rehearsal, and use of extra rooms for changing.   

Set up fee $150

If anything other than our Sunday set up, the fee to move chairs and tables and put them back is $150.  If you need to move chairs and tables between the ceremony and the reception the fee is $1 per chair or table.

Sound Tech fee (required) $100

A video of your wedding can be made for $75 (DVD or USB included) 

Reception Rental $200

Harmony Hall and use of kitchen for four hours.  Chair and table set up is extra $1 per chair or table. 


We will hold the date for you when you have paid a deposit of half of the fees.  All fees need to be paid in full one week before the wedding.

If the wedding is cancelled all fees will be returned within two weeks. 

Use our minister or your own officiant. 

Minister Fee $300

The minister will meet with you to help plan your ceremony and rehearsal and is available for pre-wedding counseling.


An acomplished musician, accompanist, Deb Jennings, is available for $100 and will help you plan the music.
