Grief Support Group

Unity Center will be offering a discussion-focused grief support group for anyone experiencing any form of grief and loss. 
About the group: Loss of all kinds can bring up reactions such as fear, anxiety, depression, anger, and isolation. This group is designed to be supportive and create a sense of shared understanding for participants. The group will include: Circle discussion, informative & instructive dialogue, and small group sharing.  
The group will be capped at 10 participants and we would like a commitment to the majority of the meetings in order to promote sanctuary and cohesion. We understand that not everyone may be able to attend all six meetings.

Fee: There is no set fee for the class, but pre-registration is required and a Love offering is welcome.  Register Now
